Position your organisation at the heart of the conversation and become one of Civil Service Live’s valued partners. Our events bring together officials from major government departments and agencies with private sector organisations to collaborate, share ideas and inspire best practice.

It is the strongest possible platform to learn more about the government landscape and to build stronger relationships with senior officials.

One of the great ways you can get involved in the events is to share your best practice via an exhibition stand. We have up to 80 stands at each location, and it's a busy, high energy, networking space with thousands of civil servants all eager to find out about some of the great projects going on across the Civil Service.

The deadline to apply has now passed. We have a limited number of exhibition stands still available in Newport and London only. For more information please read the Exhibitor Stand manual. To apply, please email [email protected]

Apply to be a volunteer

Each of the events has a small army of people working behind the scenes to make them happen. If you want to brush up on your event management skills and help deliver Europe's largest learning event, whilst working with a group of enthusiastic people committed to delivering a great event, then why not consider applying to be a volunteer?

With thousands of civil servants expected to attend each of the events, we need the help of some enthusiastic volunteers on the day.

We have a range of different roles available from welcoming and escorting speakers and guests, managing registration, supporting workshop sessions, guiding staff to sessions, to running the mentoring and networking activities at the events. To find out more - please read our short briefing on being a volunteer at the events, then apply here

Apply to deliver a session at the events

Do you have a brilliant case study or project you think civil servants ought to know about? Or some best practice that could make us deliver public services more efficiently?

Then why not apply here by midday on Monday 20 November to be in with a chance of sharing your knowledge and skills with thousands of civil servants.

There is no cost associated in delivering a session at the events, but you would need to cover your own travel and subsistence costs to attend the events.

Applications to deliver a session at the events have now closed, but if you have a brilliant project you think civil servants ought to know about, please email [email protected] and the team will be happy to discuss whether you could contribute to one of our sessions as a casestudy.
