Do you have a brilliant case study or project you think civil servants ought to know about? Or some best practice that could make us deliver public services more efficiently? Then why not apply here by midday on Monday 20 November to be in with a chance of sharing your knowledge and skills with thousands of civil servants. There is no cost associated in delivering a session at the events, but you would need to cover your own travel and subsistence costs to attend the events.
Do you want to share your best practice with thousands of civil servants? We are always keen to feature brilliant projects and casestudies from across the Civil Service at the events for our colleagues to learn from your knowledge and experience. Applications to deliver a session at this year's events have now closed, but if you have a brilliant piece of work that you would like to share at the events, then please contact [email protected], and the team will be happy to advise on whether you could join any of the existing sessions as a case study.
One of the great ways you can get involved in the events is to share your best practice by taking part in our exhibition. We have up to 80 exhibitors at each location, and it's a busy, high energy, networking space with thousands of civil servants all eager to find out about some of the great projects going on across the Civil Service. To find out more about having an exhibition stand at the events, click here. To find out more about having an exhibition hub at the events, click here. To apply to be part of the CS Live Exhibition, click here. The closing date for applications is midday on Friday 21 February. If you are a private sector partner, we aren’t accepting applications at this time, but you can enquire with the Sales team for future opportunities. To find out more, contact [email protected].
Each of the events has a small army of people working behind the scenes to make them happen. If you want to brush up on your event management skills and help deliver Europe's largest learning event, whilst working with a group of enthusiastic people committed to delivering a great event, then why not consider applying to be a volunteer? With thousands of civil servants expected to attend each of the events, we need the help of some enthusiastic volunteers on the day. To find out more about the Volunteering roles, please click here. Applications are now open to apply for a volunteer opportunity at the events next Summer. Please apply here, and ensure you block the date in your diary. Applications close at midday on Friday 30 May 2025.
