One of the great ways you can get involved in the events is to share your best practice by taking part in our exhibition. We have up to 80 exhibitors at each location, and it's a busy, high energy, networking space with thousands of civil servants all eager to find out about some of the great projects going on across the Civil Service.

For the 2025 event series, we will be accepting a small number of applications from exhibitors from outside the public sector. Stand allocation will be considered on a case by case basis based on how the exhibitor would support delegates' engagement with the event objectives. All exhibitors will be asked to cover the exhibition build charges as set out in the above information packs. To find out more, contact [email protected].
 

Each of the events has a small army of people working behind the scenes to make them happen. If you want to brush up on your event management skills and help deliver Europe's largest learning event, whilst working with a group of enthusiastic people committed to delivering a great event, then why not consider applying to be a volunteer?

With thousands of civil servants expected to attend each of the events, we need the help of some enthusiastic volunteers on the day.
